Debt CollectionExpress

About Us

What "Express" Actually Means

"Express" doesn't mean we promise fast debt recovery, nobody can honestly promise that, it depends on the debtor, not on us. It means we get you moving today: a straight answer in minutes from the Free Check, DIY templates you can use right away, or a partner agency match that starts the same day.

We built the Free Check because most businesses chasing an unpaid invoice don't actually know if it's worth pursuing, or what it will cost to find out. A few quick questions about the debt gives you an honest read: pursue it, try it yourself first, or a straight "this may not be cost-effective to pursue" if that's the real answer. That third outcome is what makes "free and no obligation" mean something, rather than just a sales funnel in disguise.

How We Actually Work

Debt Collection Express is a referral and matching service. We are not a licensed debt collection agency and we do not collect debts ourselves. When the Free Check shows that pursuing a debt makes sense, we connect you with an independent, third-party debt collection agency from our network of vetted partners, matched to your industry and situation rather than picked at random.

We also sell DIY document templates and guides, a letter of demand template, a statutory demand guide, and a full recovery guide, for businesses who'd rather try recovering a debt themselves before bringing in an agency. These are informational templates and general guidance only, not legal advice, and we recommend independent legal review before relying on any of them, particularly the statutory demand.

We collect the information needed to assess and match your case (contact details and the facts of the debt) and share it with a matched partner agency only when a match actually proceeds. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and how it's handled.
