What This Service Is

Debt Collection Express is a referral and matching service. We are not a licensed debt collection agency and we do not collect debts ourselves. Where the Free Check indicates pursuing a debt makes sense, we may connect you with an independent, third-party debt collection agency from our partner network. Any agreement you enter into with a matched agency is between you and that agency, we are not a party to it.

Our letter of demand template, statutory demand guide, and recovery guide are informational templates and general guidance only. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for independent legal advice specific to your situation. We recommend independent legal review before relying on any of them, particularly the statutory demand guide, given the legal risk of an incorrectly prepared statutory demand.

No Guaranteed Outcome

The Free Check gives an honest assessment based on the information you provide, it is not a guarantee that a debt will be recovered, that a partner agency will accept your matter, or of any specific timeframe or outcome. Debt recovery outcomes depend on the debtor and the circumstances of each case.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Debt Collection Express and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to, or connect you with, third-party websites or services, including partner debt collection agencies, that are not owned or controlled by Debt Collection Express.

Debt Collection Express has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services, including partner agencies once a match has been made. We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third party you deal with as a result of using this Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
